How billing works
Your trial starts when you add a debit or credit card and lasts 7 days. Nothing is charged during the trial.
You add a debit or credit card when you start. The first $200 is taken on the day the trial ends, then every month after. Cancel any time before that from Plan & billing and you are not charged.
Cancel any time from the same page. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused days, except where the law requires it.
Charges appear on your statement as “FLMMD TECH SOLUTIONS” (Flmmd Tech Solutions LLC).
Your NMI processing fees are separate and unchanged; they stay between you and your provider.
